Cancellations And No-Shows:

We reserve your appointment time for you. A deposit is required for new clients via e-transfer.
If less than 24-hour notice is given, a cancellation fee in full amount of your service will be charged. We do recognize medical emergency situations with doctor's note. Please contact us at 905-450-5577 at your earliest convenience.

Late Arrival:

Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment, reducing the effectiveness and relaxation time. Your treatment will end on the regularly scheduled time, so our next guest is not delayed. The full-service charge will be applied.

Payments:

We except Cash and E-transfer
We charge 10c. + 1% for debit and 3% for credit card.

Direct Billing:

We provide direct billing though insurance for massage and acupuncture treatments. If the insurance doesn't cover 100% of the fee, You are responsible for the balance.

Please contract your insurance to see if you need dr. prescription before you schedule and appointment.

Reflexology and Osteopath, we provide receipts.

Gift Card & Coupons:

Gift Card can be redeemed anytime, it does not expired.
Coupons have expiry date.
Neither redeemable for cash.

Tanning Packages:

All packages will expired 2 year after purchase.
Non- refundable.
