Acupuncture can help with just about any condition such as allergies, arthritis, asthma, muscular/shoulder/joint or back pain, including sciatic, bronchitis, cancer, colds & flu, constipation, diarrhea, detoxification, diabetes, hypertension, facial paralysis or pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety, depression, smoking cessation, weight loss, gastritis, ulcers, hypo/hyper-thyroids, insomnia, indigestion, IBS, infertility, menstrual problems & menopause or PMS, migraines, urinary infections, and so on. Most importantly, acupuncture can correct underlying imbalances to prevent disease from manifesting and maintain optimal health.

Cupping

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction facilitates healing with blood flow, as well as the flow of “qi” in the body. Qi is a Chinese word meaning life force. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This can relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It can also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. People use cupping to complement their care for a host of ailments and conditions

Gua Sha

Gua sha is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). According to the principles of TCM, your qi (pronounced “chi”), or energy, must flow throughout your body so you can feel your best.  Gua sha uses a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape areas of your body where there is inflammation or stagnant qi to help improve circulation and promote healing.
